Component Manufacture

Our manufacturing facilities allow us to carry out one off and small batch production right through to medium scale fully engineered projects such as small conveyors, access platforms, chemical mixing equipment, etc. Our disciplines include, turning, milling, welding, fitting, boring and special purpose refurbishment (chroming plating etc.).

The below image shows a one off mixer designed and built by Motiontek for a large food manufacturing company. The mixer was a prototype used to establish a process prior to the design being productionised.

The mixer uses off the shelf products (standard IBC, geared motor etc) to keep costs low and reduce the downtime impact should the process go through to the production phase.
